Is the price I see the price I pay?

Yes. The price you are shown is the price you pay. It is built from the official AMB tariff and the real road distance of your route, it already contains every official supplement, and it is fixed the moment you book. Traffic and routing are our risk, not yours: nothing is added afterwards and nothing is owed to the driver.

What is included in the price?

Everything. The fare itself, every official supplement that applies to your route — the El Prat airport charge, the cruise-port charge, the five-to-eight-passenger vehicle charge — and our service for reserving and guaranteeing the car, assigning a driver and supporting you on the day. It is one amount, paid online when you book, with nothing separate to pay and nothing owed in the taxi.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes. We email you a full receipt for the whole amount with your confirmation. If you also want the official taxi meter invoice for the journey itself, your driver can provide it in the car on request.

Where do I meet my driver at El Prat?

Your driver waits in the arrivals hall of your terminal with a name sign, and follows your flight so a delay does not lose your car. The exact meeting point is in your confirmation email.

Can I book for the next hour?

Online bookings need at least three hours' notice so we can assign a driver reliably. For anything sooner, message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm a car directly if one is available.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Cancel at least 24 hours before pickup and you are refunded in full. See our refund policy for the details.
